How do I get free shipping?
We offer Free Domestic shipping on orders over $100.

Do you have international shipping?
Yes. We have international shipping to select countries.

What if my order doesn't fit?
We accept returns for all products except for sale items, as long as the item is still new and unworn. Please read more information on our return policy.

How do I initiate a return?
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. Sale items are final. Please submit your refund requests to customerservice@goliathny.com before returning your order. Please review the Returns and Exchanges section.

At Goliathny.com, shipping and handling charges are based on weight and your shipping preferences. Please note that if you have selected overnight shipping and your order is placed after 4pm, your order will ship the following business day.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, wešll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a refund excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order at Goliathny.com with a new shipping address.

If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please Contact Us.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable? Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or Out-of-date Address
  • Other Address Problems: Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
  • Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us (and your account will be credited excluding shipping charges).

International Custom Duties
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you may be charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
